Here at Guns ETC/Sega Custom Gunsmithing, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase and we will make every effort to resolve any problem you may have.

Warranties

We offer no warranties or guarantees, expressed or limited, other than those supplied by the manufacturers of the products which we offer for resale. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Please contact the respective manufacturer for any warranty information.

Returns and Exchanges

Before contacting us with a request for a return or credit, please review our policies below. Any item in 'NEW' condition may be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of the order shipment date. Please contact us by telephone for prompt handling of your request. We will issue a return authorization to ensure proper credit to your account. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges. You can return or exchange an item by mail or in our retail store. Certain discounted, closeout, and/or seasonal items may not be returnable. Additional restrictions may apply (see Restrictions below).

Returns and Exchanges to our Retail Store:

Returning or exchanging your purchase in our retail store is fast and easy. Just bring in your items, the credit card used (if applicable) and the invoice that came with your order. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged in the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges, unless the wrong item was shipped or it arrived damaged).

If you do not have your invoice, we will issue you a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the items you are returning. Some items purchased online are not sold in our stores. If this is the case, you can either exchange them by mail or return them to one of our stores for a refund.

Returning Catalog Purchases by Mail:

To return your website purchase by mail, please follow the steps below:

1. Write a note or letter containing the following information:
   • Name, address, daytime phone number.
   • Photocopy of the invoice (keep original for your records). Reimbursement will be in the same method as initial payment. Note: If you do not provide a photocopy of the invoice, a merchandise credit will be issued for the last-marked selling price.
   • Let us know if you want to return or exchange the item(s), and the reason why.
2. Package the merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.
3. Mail the package back, insured mail, to the address below.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

• United States Postal Service (USPS): Must ship every item priority.
• United Parcel Service (UPS): 2 day Air on all handguns/Long gun may be sent ground.
• Primary method: UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) - Shipments can be made via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Parcel Post can be shipped to a street number, a business addresses, many RFD addresses if complete routing details are given, and to a P.O. Box. Please check with your local Post Office to confirm what your proper mailing address is.
  Rates for Parcel Post are generally lower than UPS.
• USPS offers the following methods of shipping:
• Parcel Post Surface – 5 to 7 working days
• Parcel Post First Class Mail – 5 to 7 working days (up to 13 working days)
• Parcel Post Priority – 3 to 5 working days
• Secondary method: UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS) - Shipments by UPS can be made to the lower 48 states by surface and air delivery. Deliveries made to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are made by air only. UPS can be shipped to a street number or a business addresses and many RFD addresses if complete routing details are given. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so please give us a complete address when signing-in. Cost of all shipping is determined by total weight of the package or packages and the distance your packages travel.
• UPS offers the following methods of domestic shipping: Ground Shipping - Usually takes 3 to 7 business days, 3 Day Selection - 3 business days, 2nd Day Air - 2 business days - Next Day Air -1 business day.

Sales Tax

Guns ETC charges 7.8% sales tax for all orders shipped to Arizona, United States. Orders shipped outside of Arizona do not incur sales tax.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.
Not all products are available in all areas due to state or local laws.

Shipping and Handling Information

Supplier products are shipped according to the default rates and options:

• A physical street address is required.
• Standard: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days * after the order is received. Orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery is Tuesday through Saturday.
• Express: Guns ETC will expedite your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days * after your order is received. Guns ETC will utilize air service unless expedited ground service is faster.
• Overnight: In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will be delivered the next business day. *
• Delivery estimates valid for in-stock items only.
• Heavy orders may acquire additional charges.

A real-time quote, based on weight and dimension of the items you order, is aquired for your order from the shipping carrier (FedEX, UPS, USPS). You can then select the quote which best suits your requirements and needs.

Restrictions

Some of the goods which Guns ETC offers for purchase may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law. Guns ETC is an authorized dealer of all of the goods it offers for sale, but does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any black power guns and associated items, reloading components, crossbows, air guns, blank firing guns, paintball guns, slingshots, knives and other regulated items depending upon the jurisdiction in which you reside. Further, pursuant to 18 U.S.C 922(D) (1)-(9), you can not be under a legal disability to purchase certain restricted items. If you are purchasing any of the aforementioned items, you warrant that you have read this notice and that you are an adult and are not under any legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing, owning possessing or transferring the item or items you are ordering.

Warning: You must be 18 or older to purchase ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground FedEx. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
